• Daily: 25000 Baht/ month (included Electricity and Water) with minimal 2 consecutive days stay.
• Final cleaning is 2,500 Baht (not apply to Daily rental)

During high season (Nov-Feb): Rate: 

• Monthly: 250,000 Baht/ month (excluded Electricity and Water)
• Weekly: 100,000 Baht/ month (excluded Electricity and Water)
• Daily: 30,000 Baht/ month (included Electricity and Water) with minimal 2 consecutive days stay.
• Final cleaning is 2,500 Baht (not apply to Daily rental)
