COMMISSION SHARING POLICY WITH EXECUTIVE HOMES HUA HIN

We thought it would be helpful to explicitly state our commission sharing policy upfront in order to make it easier for legally working Real Estate Agents and freelancers without valid work permits to know what to expect in terms of payments, and also what we expect from you in return if you choose to work with us here at Executive Homes Hua Hin.  We are a legally registered Thai company and we pay our taxes every year.

  1. If you are a freelancing agent passing us potential leads and do not have a valid work permit and do not intend to pay Thai taxes on your share of the commission, then in this scenario, we will pay you 20% of the total commission (as we will be paying 100% of the taxes on the full commission).  If you fit into this category, we will not expect you to perform any of the necessary work required to close the sale, nor attend any meetings, showings or help out at the land office in any way.
  2. If you are a Thai citizen working as a professional real estate agent (with tax ID number), or an expat with a legal work permit (with tax ID number) working as a professional real estate agent, and willing to pay your share of the taxes related to the commission (taxable rate is 30-37%), but do not want to participate in 50% of the necessary work required to close a sale, then we will pay you 40% of the commission.
  3. If you are a Thai citizen working as a professional real estate agent (with tax ID number), or an expat with a legal work permit (and tax ID number) working as a professional real estate agent, and willing to pay your share of the taxes related to the commission (taxable rate is 30-37%), AND willing to share at least 50% of the work (attend meetings, help with language translations, decipher legal documents in Thai, go to property showings, and attend the transfer process at the land office, etc.), then we will share 50% of the commission with you.
  4. If you don’t fit into any of these categories, please just send us a message and we would be happy to discuss a workable solution for both of us.
